This cottage is located minutes away from Port Dalhousie and Henley Island. The Pinot Noir Cottage is located at the back of an operating fruit farm growing vinifera grapes for Henry Of Pelham Winery. Enjoy nearby walking/biking trails,theatre, museums and restaurants. We are centrally located within 20 minutes to Niagara on the Lake and Niagara Falls.

About Us

Nokara Farms is owned and operated by Joe & Kathryn Ferretti & Family. We began farming in 1975 on 36 acres just west of "Old Port Dalhousie". Since then we have added more acreage to our present total of 115 acres.

Our Farm consists of planted peaches, ranging from early varieties that ripen about the 3rd week in July, to later varieties ripening in September. We also grow, strawberries, pears, plums, pumpkins, apples, sweet corn, tomatoes and a variety of other vegetables. Grapes grown on our farm are harvested for wine making at Henry of Pelham Family Estate Winery.
Our Fruit Stand has been expanding over the last few years to include an on site farm bakery. You will find homemade canned goods as well as a variety of fruit pies and other baked goods.

Individual Unit Description

This Quaint lakeside cottage sleeps up to 6 guests. Includes a fully equipped kitchen, gas BBQ, fire pit, Available beds include queen, twin, queen sofa bed and twin futon. This cottage has one bathroom.
We are located on the South shores of Lake Ontario on a working fruit farm. We have an on farm fruit market and farm bakery. This cottage offers comfort and privacy but is also in the heart of the Niagara wine region. We grow grapes at Nokara Farms for Henry of Pelham (a local cottage winery)

Additional Rate Information

$175/night based on double occupancy. $25/night for each extra guest. $150/night for 1 week or longer stays. 50% Deposit required on Booking
Cancelation Policy is 50% deposit refund if cancelled 4 weeks prior to your stay. 0% refund if cancelled after 4 weeks before your booked stay.

House Rules

Check in at 4 PM and Check out 11am.
50% deposit is required at booking
Balance on booking due one month prior to your stay.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund with 4 weeks notice 0% refund with less than 4 weeks notice.
