From our guest book (June/2011): We love, love, loved the peaceful tranquility of this peaceful location. The calm waters+endless beaches were the perfect play and water area. We especially liked the close proximity and ease of access to all our needs and services....this beautiful home with it's open concept had everything a temporary homemaker could want or need. We confess to taking full advantage as we enjoyed many seafood dinners with a good glass of wine and a fire to watch at end of the evening. K and G, Toronto, Ont.

We rented is house last August with our daughter and son-in-law, theor two daughters and our two dogs. We arrived around 4:30 PM and the mosquitos were in full force. They swarmed the front door and windows evrytime we came and went. It was impossible to play in the yard. The beach was a mess with seaweed and you knew it was low tide by the smell. We had no TV service (cable was out) and the twin beds pictured in the ad were really a queen (not pleasant for the two girls to sleep for the week). We actually left early. Tried to contact the owner for some sort of compensation, but she never returned my emails.
