Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

The house was built in 1856 by Captain John Carson and was razed by the great fire of 1900 that swept through St. Martins. Captain Carson rebuilt the house on the same foundation in 1901. Over 150 years the property has only changed hands three times.

While concious of retaining the historic integrity of the property, your hosts Mike and Barb Fiori have completely remodelled the house into a comfortable eight bedroom B&B and restaurant. All the rooms have en suite private bathrooms, twin, king or queen beds. All have WIFI, cable TV and phones are available. There is a common room where you can relax and read, watch a movie or go onto the deck which has a spectacular view of the St Martins Sea Caves and Nova Scotia across the Bay of Fundy.

Dine in Fiori's fully licensed restaurant. We specialize in seafood, Mexican and pasta dishes. You can enjoy the meals inside or on the deck with views of the bay.

Room rates are $98.00 - $120.00 which include s breakfast from our full menu.
