Beautiful, truly. This historic farmhouse sits on 2 acres with a private beach. Steps away from the harbour, see the caves from your bed, have lobsters delivered to the beach (during the season of course). Breathe some fresh fundy air. Only 7 km away from the Fundy Trail.
Your portion is 2 big bedrooms, a bath and a library upstairs that can be used as a 3rd bedroom, livingroom (with 9-foot ceilings) and kitchen (fully-equipt) downstairs. Cable television, bbq and a big yard for playing baseball or frisbee. Go for long private walks on our beach or build your own bonfire for a late night treat. Owners live in the back portion.
This house was built by one of the local ship captains for his two daughters in 1833 (during the renovation we found an 1833 penny built into the mantle) One of the sisters, Annie Dimmock, lived in the house until her death.
