In April 2002 it was purchased by Michael Dwyer & David Marshall, or "The Manor Boyz" as the folks of Perth fondly refer to them.

The Partners restored, renovated, and applied the concept of Boutique Hotel to the Manor. Offering on-site Event Planning for Corporate and Special Events made perfect sense for this magnificent venue. They have installed ensuite private baths in all guest rooms, as well as direct dial phones with private voicemail, Televisions, CD & DVD players, wireless internet, fine linens, and all the amenities you currently enjoy today.

The Manor and grounds continue to be restored, and resemble very closely the design Mrs. Stewart had originally intended. In the spring and summer month’s varieties of antique and unusual flowers bloom once again.

Robert Lyon Suite: Queen Size Canopy bed This suite's namesake fell victim to the last duel fought in Perth. A stunning cherry wood canopy bed and adjoining sunroom with sofa & wingback chair. Victoria Suite: Queen Size bed & Two single beds Named for the reigning Queen of the period, this bright and elegant two bedroom suite has stunning views of the Manor gardens. Bathroom: Shower

John Wilson: King Size bed The victor in Perth's last fatal duel would have admired these majestic quarters with a king size bed, subtle decor and handsome mahogany & fruitwood furnishings. Bathroom: Tub/Shower

John Haggart: Queen Size Canopy bed Named after a Perthite who served in Parliament for 25 years, featuring old world charm & grandeur. Bathroom: Shower

Elizabeth Hughes: King size bed Named for the lady whose honour was slighted at the last fatal duel in Perth, this room's decor evokes romance and a perfect view of the sunken gardens. Bathroom: Shower

William Morris: Queen Size bed This room evokes comfort, elegance, and luxury. Be sure to visit the Manor's Tapestry Dining & Living Rooms to view the vintage wall tapestry designed by William Morris in the early 1900's. Bathroom: Tub/Shower

Friday & Saturday: Stay 2 nights receive a $20.00 discount off your 2nd night

All rates are based per room with a maximum of two guests sharing a room, with the exception of four guests in the two bedroom Victoria Suite ($20.00 for each additional guest)
