We have converted our restored Victorian Mansion, - a Gananoque Landmark - into self-contained,
fully furnished apartments to create an affordable base to explore the region. If your career demands you spend more time in the Kingston area, are relocating, want to be near family or are in between houses we offer the perfect solution.

How we welcome you

VACATION
If you are on vacation enjoy our exciting region by starting the day in your own apartment. Our historic mansion combines the architectural detail of yesteryear with modern convenience. Brew your first coffee the way you like it and if you want even enjoy it in bed then just walk to the best 1000 island boat cruise or take a short drive to Kingston. We are the prime location to explore the best of both worlds.

The longer you stay the more you save.
All our suites are self contained with private entrances and therefore guarantee privacy.
The suites which are 700 sqft /70 sqm in size have a comfortably furnished living room, a Queensize Bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen,dining area and 4 piece bathroom.
The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cater to your own culinary wishes and save by self-catering if you so desire.
We accommodate up to a maximum of 4 guests per apartment as we offer one Queensize bed and 2 Davenport sofas that each fold into a bed.
We provide all necessary 100 % cotton bedlinens and towels.
For entertainment and information each apartment is equipped with 32 inch satellite HDTV and free ultra high speed internet.
Parking as well as bicycle,canoe and kayak storage are free.

EXTENDED STAY

Individual Unit Description

We offer unique, individually designed suites. Each apartment ( 700 sqft /70 sqm ) is self contained with private entrance. The apartments can accommodate up to 4 guests. They have a tastefully furnished comfortable living room, a Queensize bedroom, a private 4 piece bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Enjoy free ultra highspeed internet connection and 32 inch flatscreen, satellite HDTV.

Additional Rate Information

The price depends on the number of nights that you need the apartment. The longer you stay the more you save!

For Children, we charge a one time $ 10 fee per child for linen costs independent of length of stay
A 3rd and 4th adult guest are charged $25 each per night.
For the Grand Suite, add $20.00 per night..
A maximum of 4 guests can be accommodated in each apartment, the Grand Suite is the only suite that can accommodate 3 guests..
Credit card information, a contact phone number, email address and home address are required for reservation which is conditional on us being able to obtain
credit card preauthorization
Cash payment on arrival
In the event of cancellation we need 72 hours notice for up to 2 night stays;10 day notice for longer stays. Otherwise the agreed upon charges will be deducted from your credit card if we cannot find a substitute.
