Property Description

Welcome to Leggat Lake Cottages. We are located in a Rural Area of South Eastern Ontario. Our Cottages are Located on Leggat Lake on the edge of a farm which is mostly forest. Our location is approximately 66 km North of Kingston, We have (3, 3 bedroom cottages) and a (2 bedroom cottage) for rental on Leggat Lake On. Just 7 min. N. of Parham Ontario.

Notes

Directions via 38 hwy,(head North on HW 38 from Kingston). Turn left onto the Wagarville rd at Parham and take the first right ( Long Lk Rd.) Go approx 5.3 km to Ducharm Rd - note (the entrance to Long Lake Public Beach is .4 km past Ducharm Rd on the left). After turning right at road at Ducharm Road, go up hill and stay right when road splits. Stay on road until you reach Leggat Lake rd , turn left and follow, taking left at each split until you see our Leggat cottage sign. Pass sign, turn right (1240 ab), go around bend and voila, cottage 3. For 1 and 2 when you pass the Leggat Lake sign turn left and follow road until you come to sign that reads 1316 A&B and turn right. For number Four pass the 1316 A&B sign keep going until you see 1364, the cottage has a red door. To get to the office when you turn at Wagarville Rd in Parham follow Long Lake Rd for 6.6km until you reach Stinchcombe Rd. Turn Left and then Left.
Here are a few things you will need to keep in mind when you are packing to come to Leggat Lake Cottages. Check In and Check Out
Check in is on the Sat you are booked to arrive at 3 P.M.
Check Out is at 11 on the day you are to leave.
- unless other arrangements have been made.
Water
If you have rented No. 1, No. 2, or No. 4, then you will have to bring drinking water with you, these cottages get their water from the lake.
Cottage No. 3 is hooked directly to a well and has good drinking water.
Other stuff

- We have pillows in the cottages but not blankets and such.
- You should bring toiletries,(toilet paper, shampoo, etc..)
- bring tea towels, and dish soap with you.

Boats and oars can be rented. Please make arrangemnets when you book or as early as possible by contacting the office. note - a Marine Liscence is required to operate a boat and motor. Boat liscence courses should be accesible in your area.
There are no TVs or radios in the cottages, if you would like them bring them along.

Cottage Rental Facilities
Cottage # 1, is a three bedroom cottage. Description: Medium sized Kitchen; fridge, stove, basic cooking pots and utensils with dining area opening into a living room area. Cottage No 1, is very close to the edge of the Lake.

- Bring bottled water with you; or purchase it in the area. (Parham and Sharbot Lake)

A patch of trees about 75ft wide separate Cottage #1 and #2.

Cottage # 2. is a two bedroom cottage. - Medium sized Kitchen; fridge, stove, basic cooking pots and utensils with dining area opening into a living room area. Bathroom with hot and cold running water from the lake. Bring bottled water with you; or purchase it in the area. ("Parham General Store" [at the corner of 38 and Wagarville Rd.]) Cottage No 2, is very close to the edge of the Lake.

Cottage 3. is a three bedroom cottage. Medium sized Kitchen; fridge, stove, basic cooking pots and utensils with dining area opening into a living room area. Bathroom with hot and cold running water from a drilled well. Safe drinking and cooking water. Shopping; (Parham and Sharbot Lake) Cottage No 3, has a very large yard that leads to its beach at the Lake (about 125 feet).

Cottage 4. is a three bedroom cottage. - Description: Medium sized Kitchen; fridge, stove, basic cooking pots and utensils with dining area opening into a living room area. Bathroom with hot and cold running water from the lake. - you can bring bottle water with you; or purchase it in the area. (Parham and Sharbot Lake) Cottage No 4, has a lot of privacy, is surrounded by beautiful trees and is 50 feet back from the lake.
