Bordeaux Beach is surrounded by 7 acres of treed privacy and 700' of water frontage. Stairs lead its guests directly to the shore below where swimming and beachcombing await. The property also provides a detached games room with two extra large sets of patio doors to blur the lines between indoor and outdoor play. This space is a great bonus for families with children who will enjoy their own space, yet are always in clear sight of parents.

The kitchen is completely equipped (includes dishwasher and microwave) and offers the chef a fantastic water view. There is also direct access to the wrap-around deck and BBQ via the kitchen. The open-concept living and dining room has access to the large deck through french doors. The dining area seats 8 with 3 extra stools at the kitchen bar for additional diners. The living room has 2 comfortable sofas with enough space for everyone to relax. A new flat screen tv, satellite and DVD player complete the living area.

Bordeaux Beach is conveniently located within a 10-15 minute drive of world-class golf, Cavendish Resort, Anne of Green Gables and shopping. Charlottetown and Summerside are approximately 35 and 25 minutes away.

Area Information

Miles and miles of sandy beaches link along the North Shore of PEI to create a pristine vacation environment. Luckily, Bordeaux Beach is located conveniently close to the North Shore oasis, yet far enough away for you to enjoy your 'own little place' on the Island.

The allure of this area is endless. The water sport activities are an adventure, the fine and casual dining is hard to beat and the artisan shops are everywhere. And don't forget the lobster suppers, a can't-miss PEI experience.

Be sure to pack your golf clubs, since the North Shore in Anne's Land is proud to boast more than 11 courses located within a 20-minute drive. For more family oriented fun there is the new Shining Waters Family Fun Park, the Sandspit Amusement Park and the new sprawling federal Eco-Park (on the old Rainbow Valley property).

The home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths (sleeps 10) on three levels.

All bedrooms are detailed with new furniture and bedding. The entire second floor consists of a private master bedroom, ensuite and lounge area (with tv). A bank of windows overlook the water and shoreline of PEI from the master room.
