This cottage is completely booked for July and August 2012. We Have May/June and fall availability and it is a great time to be at Long Point.

Beach: Beautiful beach is a 3 minute walk
Birding: 1 minute walk to the Bird Studies Canada Banding Lab and a forest with trails. Best birding in Norfolk County!
Hunting: Two minute drive to the Long Point Waterfowl Unit Office
Sleeping: 3 bedrooms – 2 queen size beds, 2 single beds, 2 pullout couches
Other: 2 fire pits, 2 decks, BBQ, washer/dryer, TV/VCR/DVD, central air, central vac., all kitchen utensils/amenities, 2 washrooms.
Requirements: Bring bedding, pillows, linens, towels
Summer Price: $1,100 per week (Fri to Fri) – check in at 6pm – check out at 3pm $1,300 per week for weeks that include long weekends
Summer weekend: $600 / Long Weekend $700
Spring/Fall Price: $700 per week or $150 per night
Winter Price: $900 per month plus utilities, $400 per week
Parking: Room for 6 vehicles
Deposit: $200 upon booking

Long Point Park

This park is part of a 40-kilometre-long sandspit in Lake Erie which is recognized as a biosphere reserve by the United Nations. It is a world-renowned refuge and stopover for migrating birds in fall and spring. Waterfowl viewing is excellent in March. Its delicate dunes and marshes also teem with songbirds, spawning fish, turtles and frogs.
