If you have ever wondered about the scenic Muskoka setting a little bit further north, Cecebe Serenity will indulge your imagination. Located just outside the village of Magnetawan, this cottage offers a holiday and lots of memories of fishing, swimming and sunning.

Within this small but classic cottage there are two bedrooms: The first has a queen bed, and the second two double beds. Behind the cottage there is also a bunkie containing two single beds, a couch and a couple chairs. This is the perfect area for kids to play if it happens to rain.

The interior of the main cottage is very open to allow for conversation between those in the living room, dining room, or kitchen. There is a gorgeous fireplace in the centre of the cottage that supports that classic cottage feeling.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

The cottage on Lake Cecebe is tucked back from the water to ensure privacy. And yet its spacious deck overlooks the beautiful lake. On a lower deck at the waterfront, there is a gazebo for enjoying the sunshine or lovely sunsets on the west side of the lake.

The endless feet of decking all the way down to the waterfront is particularly good for people to sit out and enjoy the sun at the picnic table, playing games or reading a book. While the dock has a ladder to allow for swimming, it can also be used to dock a boat that can be rented just minutes down the road. The fishing on this lake is spectacular and many locals have said they are never disappointed when trolling out on Lake Cecebe.

The waterfront is rocky with soft, weedy bottom. Although there is no shallow entry at the shore, swimming can be done off the dock. For fun on the water, there are lots of toys: a paddleboat, canoe and kayak. There is a large grassy lawn for playing, and the cottage is fairly private.

Cecebe Serenity is minutes from town where all basic amenities can be purchased and a public boat launch is located. The tranquility that you are looking for in a holiday can be found at Cecebe Serenity.
