There is a large master bedroom with full ensuite on the main floor , 2 other full bathrooms, 3 additional beautifully furnished bedrooms on the second floor , separate TV room / den and large computer work area. It has a large in house double car garage, security system, and comes with cleaning staff and gardening staff so one is able to enjoy the amenities without worrying about any anything. Minimum Rental is one month and longer is preferred.Pets are considered on an individual basis.

We were suddenly transferred to Barrie Ontario and needed accommodation for our family for the next 8 months. Cedar Rails Farm was ideal as it was near the place of work for my husband and provided all of the amenities of our home 2500 miles away. We were" Gentleman Farmer's" for the 8 months . The beautiful gardens were looked after, the snow plowed and the cleaning staff were excellent. We watched the crops be harvested, fished iin the trout pond and swam in it .We only brought our clothes and a few possessions . The accommodations were very luxurious.Our 2 dogs loved to romp on the 200 acre farm. We were treated like royalty and it was hard to leave when my husband completed his job .Our university aged children enjoyed their visits and my parents -they loved the place and were surprised to find in a few minutes you were in Barrie, Orillia,Georgian Bay or at Lake Simcoe .If you need short-term accommodation and pampering this is it.

We needed urgent a short term rental while our home was repaired following a major fire and Cedar Rails was perfect for us. We arrived, two days after the fire, with only the clothes on our back having lost most of our possessions in the fire. Everything was there for our family. All we needed to do was to purchase some groceries and personal garments... The rolling hills for walks were great. The easy quick access on paved roads to Barrie and Toronto were we worked was unbeatable. Best of all were the luxury amenities all included at Cedar Rails Farm. The pond in the back with the trout was magnificent .The farm was as good as home and hard to leave at the end of our six month stay. Thank you Cedar Rails Farm- you made a difficult time for our family a treasured memory and we will never forget you.
