Our family first began summering in the area in 1928, and since then each generation has renewed the love of long days spent on the beach, cool nights enjoying friends and family, and good, healthy times in between hitting the courts or the local links or riding along the shore road or the many trails.

We are pleased to be able to offer MLH to anyone who wishes to truly experience the best that Southampton can offer - a fabulous, bright, airy cottage deeply renovated and sparkling clean.

A stone's throw from the beach (1 block and a view of the water from the property) and its unforgettable sunsets (National Geographic once rated Southampton's sunsets the finest in the world!), the renowned Southampton Tennis Club, and some of the best golf courses Ontario has to offer, we are sure you will find your time at MLH as pleasurable and memorable as can be. Well suited to both families and small groups of friends, MLH offers three bedrooms, one and a half baths, full laundry services on site, new appliances in the kitchen, remarkable deck space with a firepit that is perfect for entertaining, and all the amenities needed for a relaxing and fun vacation.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

We are not QUITE waterfront, but the beach is steps from your door...and WHAT a beach and beautiful soft-sand swimming area it is!

Talk to us about the amazing cycling and mountain biking opportunities. The shore road and some of the mountain trails are simply the best we've encountered anywhere in Ontario.

Amazing golf and tennis...a club with over 2000 players of every ability for tennis, and golf courses abound of every style and price point.

The house is bright, airy, fresh, and immaculate. We hope that you will love it as much as we do!

Master bedroom has a queen bed.
Second bedroom a double.
Third a bunk bed - single on top, double underneath.

All beds and bedding are brand new as of June 2011!

Additional Rate Information

*Check-in time is 3 pm Saturdays. Check-out time is 11 am Saturdays

Long term rentals available in the Spring, Fall and Winter seasons.
Month long and weekly rentals available in the Summer season only.
The Summer season begins June 25, 2011.

Winter rates are $1400.00 monthly (September to June) and include
all utilities. Local phone service, cable and Internet are extra.
