There is a lovely electric fireplace in the livingroom. There is also FREE internet supplied at this condo. There is a fully equipped kitchen, with all the amenities, including stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher. This condo is a incredibly short walk to the pool and hot tub which is available on the summer months. It is only seconds from the games room, the tennis courts and underground parking. There is a carpeted floor in the living room and bedroom and bedroom upstairs and tile within the bathroom and kitchen area. The entire property is beautifully decorated.

At this property you are just 2.0 kms. from a sandy beach, 3 km. from horseback riding best of all, just a short walk to Blue Mountain Resorts and The Village. The condo is fully air conditioned as well. There is a public access outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub (summer only). This property also comes with an outdoor deck with a patio table and chairs. This is a great spot for those memorable dinners on the ground level patio. There is an outdoor public charcoal BBQ and picnic table located right outside the condo building. There is a washer/dryer set-up available with a central public facility right below the building in which this condo is situated.
