The condo has a view of the face of the north end of Blue Mountain. It is equipped with a flat screen TV located above the living room electric fireplace, Local calls and Internet are free There is a beautifully equipped kitchen, with all the amenities, including a dishwasher. The floors in the living room and bedrooms are carpeted; bathrooms and kitchen are tiled. The entire property is well decorated. This property is just 2.0 kms. from a sandy beach, 3 km. from horseback riding and best of all, just a short walk to Blue Mountain Resorts and The Village. The condo is fully air conditioned for those warm summer days.

There is a public access outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub (summer only). This property also comes with an outdoor deck with a patio table and chairs. This is a great spot for those memorable dinners on the ground level patio with a great view. There is a washer/dryer set-up available with a central public facility.
