This beautiful renovated one bedroom condo is located within the Mountain Springs Resort development, right next to both Blue Mountain Resorts and The Village. This is a beautiful one bedroom condo, that offers a spacious bedroom located off the main floor living room. The main floor bathroom is also spacious and has a Jacuzzi Bath Tub.

The condo can accommodate up to four people by way of the master bedroom and a double pull out couch located in the living room area. The condo has a view of a lovely pond as well as the face of the north end of Blue Mountain. The unit has a flat screen TV located above the living room gas fireplace, all supported by full cable and a DVD player. There is also internet supplied at this condo on a fee basis(requires booking in advance). There is a gas fireplace within the living room. There is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen, with all the amenities, including a dishwasher. There is a laminate floor in the living room and bedroom and tile within the bathroom and kitchen area. The entire property is well decorated. At this property the four of you are just 2.0 kms. from a sandy beach, 3 km. from horseback riding best of all, just a short walk to Blue Mountain Resorts and The Village.

The condo is fully air conditioned as well. There is a public access outdoor swimming pool and a hot tub (summer only). This property also comes with an outdoor deck with a patio table and chairs. This is a great spot for those memorable dinners on the ground level patio with a great view of Blue Mountain. There is a washer/dryer set-up available with a central public facility. This is a beautiful property and one that will make your stay in our region just that much more special.
