Property Description
Welcome to our vacation farmhouse located on the north shore of Lake Erie. We hope you will enjoy your stay at our 75 acre hobby farm with our Falabella Miniature Horses, our Irish Dexter cattle and Lucy the donkey. Your children will love the animals; horse grooming and handling sessions available for those horse loving kids and adults as well. (small extra fee applies).
Our 3-bedroom self catering farmhouse is decorated with "a little touch of Ireland", reflecting our family's roots. The house has been recently renovated for your comfort and features original hardwood floors, a big Irish kitchen, new bathroom, central air conditioning and a digital flat screen TV and satellite dish.
There's lots to see and do in our neighbourhood. If you like fishing, boating, golfing or even skydiving, this is the place for you. Or maybe you just want to enjoy the quiet rural life and our local sandy beach. New fire pit for toasting marshmallows under the stars.
Our farmhouse is certified by the OFCA (Ontario Farm and Country Association).

History: Our farm house was built in the late 1920’s and is situated on 75 acres of farmland. The Hanna family, with roots in Ireland, has owned this working farm since 1937. The house has been recently renovated and decorated with a “Touch of Ireland.”
Today this hobby farm is home to Pure Falabella horses, our Irish Dexter cattle and "Lucy" the Donkey.
This self catering farmhouse features restored original hardwood floors, farm kitchen with huge window over looking the pasture, the front veranda offers sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon. The bathroom has been updated and is fully modern. Central air conditioning for your comfort and a gas BBQ is available for grilling. All kitchen accessories and linens are included. Scones and tea will be served upon your arrival.
The house sits well back from the road and is an extremely private setting. This makes it the perfect location for those wishing to relax and experience life in the peace and quiet of the country, while taking advantage of the many local amenities such as fishing, swimming, boating, golf and even skydiving!
Hanna's Self Catering Farmhouse features:
Three bedrooms (two double beds upstairs & one futon downstairs bedroom)
Dining room, living room and bedrooms all have restored original hardwood floors.
Kitchen with original cupboards and huge window overlooking the pasture.
Bathroom has been updated and is fully modern.
All kitchen accessories and linens are included.
Central air conditioning.
32 inch flat screen high definition TV with satellite receiver and DVD player..
Front veranda offers sun in the morning and shade in the afternoon.
Propane BBQ for outdoor cooking & grilling.
Open fire pit for bonfires.
Menus of surrounding restaurants
Falabella miniature horses and Dexter cattle and "Lucy" the donkey.
Horse Grooming and Handling Sessions available for children and adults too.

Prime Season: July & August
$775..00 per week* for up to 6 guests. An additional fee per person MAY apply.
*Weekly rentals = Friday 4pm to Friday noon
Low Season: May, June, September, October
$600.00 per week
Refundable security deposit required. $200.00
Ask about our rates for shorter stays if Available - minimum of 3 nights @ $125 per night.
We have a PET FREE policy.
Smoking Area Available on Veranda.
Note: Owner lives off the main farm, but tends the livestock 2 -3 times daily.

Beautiful Farmhouse

Great Time Here
We had a really great time here. It was so kind of you to give all the kids cart rides. We will miss the animals and we would love to come back and visit. Can't wait to come back in the summer of 2012. The kids are sad to leave and wish they could live here.

Fantastic Long Weekend
Thanks for the fantastic long weekend at the "farmhouse", It was a great home away from home. Our kids loved the animals and all the property to run around on. It is a great location and close to all kinds of fabulous "water" to play in. Hope to use it again sometime.

Absolutely Amazing Week
