high rocky hills overlooking the lake, 4 miles south of Apsley Ontario Canada, 35 miles north of Peterborough

The 6 cottages are clean, attractive and have a beautiful view of the lake.

The numerous lakes and streams make this ideal for canoe enthusiasts.
The waters are clean and deep, Supporting natural and stocked populations of fish, ie: lake trout rainbow trout as well as large and small mouth bass.

Long Lake and surrounding lakes are primarily known for their bass fishing.

We also have camping facilities for seasonal or daily campers with electricity,
Drinking water and showers available.

Relax and enjoy the quiet atmosphere here in the park or explore the many lakes, streams and trails in the scenic Kawartha Highlands Signature Site right at your front door.

Situated along the southern edge of the Canadian shield and encompassing 37, 587 hectares with few interior roads. The Kawartha Highlands Signature Site will be the largest protected area south of Algonquin Provincial Park.

The natural beauty of this landscape with its rugged hills, small lakes, forests, wetlands and rocky barrens features some of the best scenery Ontario has to offer.

Visitors to the area enjoy numerous recreational activities such as boating, water skiing, canoeing, swimming, hiking, hunting, fishing, snowmobiling...

Our weekly bookings start on Saturdays for July & August

Visa or Mastercard number required for your guaranteed cottage reservation
We also require a cleaning deposit at check in time
