A great place for family vacations and especially accommodations for multiple families, reunions, retreats or other social gatherings. Located on Lake St. Peter thirty minutes from Bancroft or Algonquin Park and five minutes from Lake St. Peter Provincial Park.

The park is located on Lake St. Peter 2 km (1.2 mi) off Hwy 127. The park is 478 hectares, (1,180 acres) with 65 campsites, two beaches and two hiking trails. The main access gatehouse also contains a small store supplying minimal camping equipment, firewood, ice and rental canoes.

South of Algonquin, Lake St. Peter features two sandy beaches and opportunities to boat, fish, bike and hike. It has two trails that lead to a lookout, a kettle pond and a derelict shanty, and is linked to the Hastings Heritage Trail. This mineral-rich area is a rockhound's delight and a magnet for artists.

Algonquin Provincial Park

Located between Georgian Bay and the Ottawa River in Central Ontario. It is the oldest provincial park in Canada having been established in 1893. Additions since its creation have increased the park to its current size of about 7653 square kilometres. Over 2,400 lakes and 1,200 kilometres of streams and rivers are located within the park. Algonquin Park was named a national historic site in 1992 in recognition of it`s several heritage values.

Lake is approximately 231 hectares in size with a maximum depth near 8 meters. There is 10% crown land surrounding. Fish species include Lake Trout and bass.

Individual Cottage Description

"The House" This original winter home was totally rebuilt for year round comfort with large windows offering a wonderful view of the lake. Enjoy Upscale kitchen with ceramic and hardwood floors.

"Boat House" A Viceroy cottage built at the very edge of Lake St.Peter. A sixty foot attached deck overlooks the Lake while the attached dock extends out into the Lake. Enjoy Two bathrooms ( 1-4 piece & 1-2 piece), Three bedrooms ( 1-queen; 1-double & 1-2 double beds), Living room with pull out sofa and rec room with a futon.

"Twin Peaks" Totally rebuilt in 2009, this cottage has a south facing 40' front room with large windows and attached full length deck. Enjoy Large lake side windows and Two bedrooms with double beds.

"Guest Houses" These newly built cottages are located 15 feet from the edge of Lake St.Peter. With an attached lake viewing deck.

"Log Cabin" This cottage is located on a 120' X 300' lot within twenty feet of Lake St.Peter. Living room and Bathroom windows offer great lake viewing. The outside walls are the original rounded pine siding, circa 1950. The interior has been fully restored but retains original beautiful quartz stone fireplace. A large upscale kitchen has a surplus of cupboards and storage space. The kitchen, dining room and bathroom have ceramic while the remaining floor is refinished oak hardwood. A loft overlooks the living room is suitable for adult sleeping
