About 15 minutes to Lockeport and the beautiful Crescent Beach and around 35 minutes to the Historic Town of Shelburne

The main floor consists of a well-designed, fully-equipped compact kitchen, open-concept living and dining room; downstairs guest bedroom with a queen size bed, 4–piece bathroom and a laundry/utility room. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a queen size bed; a second guest room with a set of bunk beds and a loft seating area.

Floor to ceiling windows and a large deck complete with garden furniture and a BBQ, expands the living space outside. Breathe the sea air and soak in the natural beauty that surrounds the cottage. It is the perfect spot to enjoy the many moods of the Atlantic Ocean.

Utterly private, yet it is easily accessible from Lockeport, the cottage overlooks a pristine and beautiful expanse of water, islands and coves in an inner coastal bay. Use it as a base to explore the area – there are several long white sandy beaches within a 15 minute drive. Go clamming right by the house; walk to the many nearby swimming spots. Cross the inlet by kayak to the sandbar directly opposite the cottage and walk to the magnificent and secluded three mile long Black Head beach. Or, simply sit back and relax in your own little piece of Canadian wilderness!

Additional Rate Information

To secure your vacation rental, a deposit of $500.00 CDN per week and the damage deposit waiver are due upon booking. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit has been received. The balance of the rental fee is due 90 days prior to your arrival. Payment can be made either by Email Transfer, Visa, MasterCard or personal cheque in Canadian Dollars.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your Nova Scotia vacation rental reservation; your cancellation notice must be made in writing - either by fax, email or mail.
For cancellations received before 90 days prior to occupancy and after a deposit has been made, $250 shall be forfeited from the $500 Reservation Deposit.
For cancellations received between 60 and 90 days prior to your arrival date, 50% of the total rental fee is forfeited.
For cancellations received between 30 and 60 days prior to your arrival date, 75% of the total rental fee is forfeited.
For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the total rental fee is forfeited.
