Enjoy a good nights rest in our clean and comfty beds with a good breakfast in our gorgeous newley renovated kitchen. For those cold and rainy nights enjoy movies on our satellite television. Nice size deck in the backyard with patio furniture great for bbqs and tons of space for the children to run around and play games. We have everything here to ensure you have a fun, comfortable and enjoyabe time in your stay in Grand Bend.

This home has one full bathroom and main floor laundry with 2 bedrooms on the main floor. 1st bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed and the 2nd bedroom has a double bed.
The downstairs although not completely finished does have a room with a double bed, a twin daybed with air mattress and a queen airmatress. Lots of room to set up some sleeping bags too for the kids
Gas fireplace for the cold nights and central air for those hot sticky nights.
Fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. Just bring your food and drinks and bed linens and beach towels but no worries if you forget to bring anything or don't want to bring food. Grand Bend has 2 grocery stores, No Frills and Sobeys with extended summer hours along with Shoppers Drug Mart and the many more stores located on the strip.

This home has the finest materials and finishes to give if the feel of a truly `custom built` home.This gorgeous vacation home has 2 bedrooms upstairs-one with a queen and a twin bed.The other room has a double bed as well as the downstairs has a twin day bed and a double bed.We also provide a quee size air mattress to accomodte other guests.As you step into the front door the high ceilings, and oversized windows will impress you. The ensuite bath and guest bath are finished beautifully. Gorgeous kitchen with gas stove and plenty of room to do some cooking. Plenty of pots and pans, cutlery and dishes and glasses. You will feel right at home with everything you need to make your vacation stay a pleasant one.

House On Green Acres and Nonna's Cottage Rates: Our home is available to rent on a weekly basis only during peak season. Should you want a weekend stay, we will attempt to accommodate you if availability permits
There may be an extra charge at time of booking at owners discretion for groups with large numbers of adults as we tend to cater to families with children.

House Rules

House Rules: House on Green Acres is being offered for families and mature responsible adults only.

Rental Rules:
Green acres is a quiet residential area.It is our commitment as members of this community to ensure all our guests respect our neighbours and their privacy and please treat this home as if it were their own home.

No loud parties or unreasonable noise is allowed, especially after 10pm

Smoking: Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. When smoking outside, please dispose your cigarette butts in the receptacles provided.Throwing your cigarette butts on the property or surrounding property will result in a $100 fine taken from your security deposit to clean it up.

Pets: We love members of the animal family, however in order to respect those with pet allergies we ask that no pets are allowed.

Bed Linens/Beach Towels:Comforters/Duvets and pillows will be provided and will be washed by the owners prior to your arrival. Please note: *Bed Linens and beach/bath towels are not provided.*

Cleaning:It is the responsibility of the renters to ensure the house and property is left clean and tidy and in the same condition it was upon their arrival. Cleaning supplies are provided for you with the exception of laundry soap. Leaving the house in an unsatisfactory condition will result in a deduction from your security deposit.

Garbage: Please do not leave your garbage behind. All garbage must be disposed of properly Garbage bags and bins will be provided for you .Please be responsible and recycle all that you can in the Blue Bins provided.

Check In / Check Out Times:
Check in is at 3pm the day of arrival
Check out is 1pm day of departure.
These times are to ensure that we can prepare the home for the next family coming in
