Enjoy all the outdoor activities Oak 16 has to offer. We have beaches both quiet and very busy. Do you want to take the family to a beach where you can enjoy the sun and surf or do you want to join the crowds and see and be seen on main beach with thousands of others? We have both in our area. This luxurious modern 3 bedroom cottage is located a short walk from the beach, main Street, and Tim Horton's.All water activities at your doorstep and all Grand Bend tourist attractions are a short distance away. The fun doesn't stop in the summer.
During the year there are more than enough things going on to interest each member of your family. We have our Winter Carnival to break up your long cold months. Visit our town by snow machine trails. In the spring come visit the Tundra Swans behind the Lambton Heritage Museum south of Grand Bend. Visit the many hiking trails in the Pinery Provincial Park and enjoy the cycle of life as it reawakens from the long winter nights. Get involved in the Salmon fishing just off the shore of Grand Bend as the fish move north for the summer.

Open Concept cottage in the heart of Grand bend. Fully equipped with A/C, TV, pull out couch, microwave and barbecue. Cottage has two Bedrooms with huge Loft (3 beds in loft), Cottages are rented FRI to FRI and Weekends

Rental Dates are from Saturday to Saturday . Check In is 4:00 PM. Check Out 12:00 PM
All Rental and Deposits Must be Paid in Full Prior to Occupancy. Balance due ( if any ) at Check In must be Cash or Certified Cheque. Security Deposit balances will be returned by mail the week following occupancy. ( Security Deposits are Required )
Cottage must be left in same condition as Found and Tenants are responsible for ordinary Cleanliness, Repair of damage caused by the willful neglect or negligent conduct by the Tenant and other occupants and guests.
Occupancy is limited to those listed on Tenancy Agreement. Unauthorized guests shall be subject to a daily charge. Lost or misplaced keys are $ 20.00 each.
Advance rental ( 1/2 of Rental Fee ) is required within 10 days of booking for all reservations or Reservation can be lost.
All guests and occupants must abide by the posted rules and regulations which include parking , garbage and recycling placement, noise and other municipal bylaws.
A pre and post occupancy checklist will be provided.
