Chateau Ridge is perfect for a family/group of six.These beautifully cared for two and four bedroom units, are ideally located. The four bedroom unit is located directly across from Blue Mountain Village and is steps from shopping, entertainment and dining. The two bedroom unit is slope side and only a short 5 minute walk from the village. Just walk home to either place after drinks and dinner! Both have convenient access to the ski slopes in the winter and are just steps to Monterra golf, gondola, hiking and biking trails in the spring, summer and fall. For swimming, you can also enjoy the nearby beautiful public beaches or the Plunge pool in the Village.

Additional Bedroom Information

The master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, TV / cable / DVD and ensuite complete with a whirlpool bathtub. The second bedroom sleeps four and is outfitted with two twin beds and bunk beds, TV / DVD and adjacent washroom and shower.

The master bedroom in each unit overlook the spacious living/dining room (TV / cable / DVD) and fully equipped kitchen. Both kitchens have everything you need: dishes, glasses, cookware, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave.

The fireplace adds ambiance for winter enjoyment and these units are air conditioned for summer comfort. Both condominiums feature a great entertaining space with panoramic views of Blue Mountain.

Due to the numerous requests, reservations are confirmed when a deposit has been received.Therefore, if there are several requests for the same dates, the condo is reserved for the first person to make a deposit. A rental agreement does not guarantee your reservation.Only a deposit guarantees your reservation. Security Deposit - we do require a fully refundable security deposit, which would be returned after inspection of the premises and when the key cards & parking pass have been returned. We require 50% of the rental fee to confirm your reservation.Full payment plus security deposit required within 30 days of rental.Short Term Rental Agreement is required.Last Minute Rentals - Payment deposit must be made at least 1 week prior to reservation date. .No Pets/Smoking!2 Night minimum stay,Prices based on a 2 night stay.Discount is applied to stays 3 nights or longer.Taxes included in the price.
