Optional Extras

Bicycle rentals: We have three touring bicycles with suspension for rent: a men's, a women's, and one suitable for a mid-sized child or small adult. They rent for $50 per week each. Biking in the area is scenic and easily accessible.

Hobie Wave Sailboat rental. We also have a Hobie Wave sailboat for rent, for great fun on the lake. The price is $75 for one day, or $275 for the entire week.

Full- and Half-Day Boat Tours on a 260HP inboard/outboard motorboat. We supply the driver and you have all the fun. Great boat excursions are available from our dock, including:
Trent-Severn Waterway
Midland/Penetanguishene
Sans Souci (featuring a famous fish restaurant and an extensive lake tour)

Rates

Additional Rate Information

The minimum rental period during the high season is one week, except during Labour Day weekend, when the min. is 3 nights.
A "week" is from check-in time Saturday until check-out time the following Saturday.
The season for the year 2011 is Mon, May 16, - Fri, Oct 14. The high season is from Sat, July 2, -Tues, Sept 6.
A non-refundable deposit of 1/2 the Rental Fee is required at the time the Rental Agreement is signed. The remaining portion of the Rental Fee, plus a refundable Security Deposit, must be received no later than four weeks before the rental begins.
Last-minute rentals are possible, with payments made using PayPal.
Groups as large as 20 can be accommodated by rental of both our Cottages.
