We are located in Pointe au Baril in the heart of the 30,000 Islands of Georgian Bay and trophy fish country. This area of Georgian Bay is so beautiful it has been photographed, painted, and captured on film and in memory by artists and visitors from around the globe.
Our cottages are located on the mainland in a sheltered bay inside the islands of "the big bay" but we still get that beautiful bay breeze.
We are open all year because each season has it's own character and activities. Pointe au Baril is famous for world class trophy fishing with walleye and musky being the largest lure, but many come for the monster pike and fabulous smallmouth bass fishing. There is also a healthy pan fish population with crappie, perch, sunfish, bluegill, and more. We are open year round.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

In spring, summer and fall exploring from kayak, canoe, or small boat is a great way to spend a day on the water throughout the maze of windswept pines and molded rock islands. You can bring your own boat or we have seven rental boats at the camp. We are open year round and provide accomadations for snowmobiling, and have ice fishing huts available for rental.

Individual Cottage Description

Kenlea has ten 1 and 2 bedroom cottages available for daily or weekly rental. Five cottages are waterfront with docks and (#3) is wheel chair accessable. All cottages are equipped with full kitchens. They are equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwaves, cooking utensils, coffee makers and dishes as well as hot and cold running water and electric heat.

Most of our cottages have 2 or 3 pc bathrooms. Cottage #1, 2 and 7 on the water use a shared comfort station

We offer boat launch facilities, day and long term docking, and boat rental. We have 7 Lund aluminum boats ranging in size from 14 ft. to 16 ft. All of our boats are equipped with anchor, life jackets, ropes, and all required safety equipment. We have gas for our own boats and our guests on the premises.

Note: Only #3 and #9 cottages are available through the winter.

Fees & Deposits

Additional Rate Information

Additional persons per room is $25/day or 100.00 per week.

Please note: Deposits of $200.00 for weekly confirmations and $100.00 for daily confirmation are required.

Deposit of $50 for rental boats required. If renting a boat you do not need a boating licence, you just need to sign a rental agreement.

Deposits are refundable 90 days prior to original reservation booking dates.

House Rules

Cottages must be left the way they are when you arrived.
A charge will be applied for cleaning or repairs.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made 90 previous to your arrival to get your deposit returned.
