Located just 2 hours north of Toronto, this is a beautiful fully furnished waterfront cottage / villa. It is a corner unit with abundant natural light and a beautiful view of the water from almost every window and balcony.

The cottage has been architecturally designed and professionally decorated to a very high level of quality and luxury. Abundantly equipped with all you need in order to have a fantastic stay, all you need to bring is your personal belongings, food and drinks.

With almost 20 acres of property available for you to enjoy, it is hard to tell where to start!
The spectacular boathouse is the focal point of this amazing waterfront property along the shores of beautiful Lake of Bays. Relax indoors by the fireplace and marvel at the water views from the open lounge area, enjoy a refreshment, BBQ or sun tan on your patio and catch a friendly wave from a passing boater. Now this is Muskoka waterfront living at its finest…the way it was meant to be.
Additionally, the Club House offers a pool table, table games, T.V., entertaining and socializing at its best.
This Summer we will enjoy a brand new swimming pool, wadding pool for children, hot tub and the "Beech Cabana".

3 Bedrooms in a Luxurious new Cottage on Beautiful Lake of Bays.
The two upstairs bedrooms have each their own comfortable en-suite bathroom.
The bedroom downstairs has its own bathroom next to it.
All linens and towels are provided.
It is generously equipped, furnished and decorated.
