The Saturday cottage is on a ridge with a direct and panoramic view of the water and the Sunday cottage has arguably the best view in the entire resort being at the water's edge, nestled on a hill and surrounded by trees.

Muskoka can boast that it has some of the best golf courses in North America. There are five excellent courses within a 20 minute drive or boat ride from the resort. There are many more if you don't mind driving a little further. Most provide spectacular scenery.

Individual Cottage Description

I have 2 different cottage sat Blue Water Acres. Both are 3 bedroom cottages with 2 bathrooms, a Muskoka room and deck with gas BBQ. Both have a beautiful view of Lake of Bays. The Saturday to Saturday cottage has a panoramic view of the water and is located on a ridge overlooking the resort. The Sunday to Sunday cottage has arguably the best view of the water in the resort. It is at the water's edge, on a hill and sheltered by trees.

Additional Rate Information

Standard rate is the rate for the summer from June 25th to September 1st. 50% due on booking, balance 30 days in advance. $500 due on reserving as a security deposit and will be returned once the property manager confirms that the cottage was left in good condition, with no garbage or recycling and no damage.

Cancellation Policy

50 % due on booking, balance within 30 days of rental. If re-rented 50% returned.
