Maybe you’re looking to cast a line yourself? The Cowichan, a designated heritage river, has been heralded as the “Fly Fishing Capital of Canada” since the early 1900’s.
Our Cowichan Riverside Cottage is self contained and well stocked with all the necessary amenities on hand. Inside you’ll find the living area with wood stove ready to go, double bed and a luxurious shower. The kitchenette is equipped with a full size range and refrigerator, coffee maker and all the cooking utensils you’ll need to make your own meals. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate are provided as well as your basic condiments.

Lake Cowichan is a popular destination for water sports of any kind, river or lake! Hike or bike one of the many trails in the area. Start the Trans Canada Trail right from the heart of town. Make the Cowichan Riverside Cottage your starting point to experience some wonderful sights this end of the Island.
