It also includes 2 full bathrooms, one with washer, dryer and bathtub the other with a shower. The fully equipped open concept kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The living room holds a 360 degrees fireplace which can also be seen from the kitchen and dining room. The dining room opens with a sliding to a lake view deck.

The cottage is situated 2 minutes drive from downtown City of Mont-Tremblant (formerly known as St-Jovite) where you can choose from gorgeous Grocery stores, restaurants, bars, pubs, microbreweries, shopping, etc.

Up to 10 golf courses in the area, 2 ski hills, and over a 100 km of cross-country ski trails.

Summer activities include: Golfing, Tennis, Beach and Lake, Swimming, Jungle Gym, Canoeing, River Tubing, Water Skiing, Fishing, Hiking, Mountain Climbing, Bicycling, Mountain Biking, Rollerblading, Horseback Riding, International Blues Festival and Classical Music Festival.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

There is a fenced-in playground on the beach area by the lake with slide, spider web, fireman pole and more. The beach is clean, sandy and goes down in the water very gradually and is very safe for young children. In the winter, the lake turns into a huge free skating rink; there is also a section with hockey nets and a heated cabin to put on your skates. There is also a direct access to 200km of bicycle trail "Le P'tit Train du Nord".

There is a 9 holes golf (Les Ruisseaux) only 1 minute drive from the cottage and a choice of 8 18 holes within 10 minutes drive.
Mont-Blanc alpine ski resort is only 2 minutes drive and Tremblant resort 15 minutes. The Emond Go-Kart (karting) is 2 minutes drive and there is also « Parc National du Mont-Tremblant » with a plefora of outdoor activities only a bit further.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms, the large master bedroom situated on ground floor holds a TV, a queen size bed and a double pullout sofa. It shares a full bathroom (stand-up shower, sink, mirror and toilet) with the 2nd and fourth bedroom which are both on the ground floor. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and 3rd bedroom (situated on second floor) has a double bed and shares a full bathroom (shower/bath, sink, mirror, washer, dryer and toilet) with the kitchen, dining and living room. There is a fourth mini bedroom (on the ground floor) with 2 single bunk bed. Sleeping space for a maximum of 10 people.
