The Mont-Tremblant cottage #100 is an authentic ski chalet from the bottom of the Tremblant hill which we moved and renovated. It is situated within walking distance to the Lake Lauzon. It is surrounded by a large wooded lot, has a patio in the front with gas BBQ and a 10 jets therapeutic hot-tub. There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom holds a queen size bed, the 2nd room a double and the 3rd 2 double for a total of 8 people. It includes 1 ½ bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave and coffee machine. The living room has a stone fireplace and is open concept with the dining room where you can see the fireplace.
Activities
Come visit the Laurentians. So many activities to enjoy!
Up to 10 golf courses in the area, 2 ski hills, and over a 100 km of cross-country ski trails.
Summer activities include: Golfing, Tennis, Beach and Lake, Swimming, Jungle Gym, Canoeing, River Tubing, Water Skiing, Fishing, Hiking, Mountain Climbing, Bicycling, Mountain Biking, Rollerblading, Horseback Riding, International Blues Festival and Classical Music Festival.
Winter activities include: Cross Country and Alpine Skiing, Snow Tubing, Ice Skating, Snowmobiling, Dog Sledding, Horse Sleigh Rides and Sugar Shack.
Year Round activities include: Spa Scandinave (massages), Restaurants, Shopping, Major Food Stores and more!
Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities
There is a fenced-in playground on the beach area by the lake with slide, spider web, fireman pole and more. The beach is clean, sandy and very safe for young children. In the winter, the lake turns into a huge free skating rink; there is also a section with hockey nets and a heated cabin to put on your skates. Direct access to bicycle track "Le P'tit Train du Nord".
The cottage is situated 2 min drive from downtown City of Mont-Tremblant (formerly known as St-Jovite) where you can choose from gorgeous Grocery stores, restaurants, bars, pubs, microbreweries, shopping, etc. There is a 9 holes golf (Les Ruisseaux) only 1 min drive from the cottage and a choice of 8 18 holes within 10 min drive. Mont-Blanc alpine ski resort is only 2 min drive and Tremblant resort 15 min. The Emond Go-Kart is 2 min drive and there is also « Parc National du Mont-Tremblant » with a plefora of outdoor activities only a bit further.

There are 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom (holds a queen size bed) and the main bathroom (shower/bath, sink, mirror and toilet) are situated on the ground floor . The 2nd and 3rd bedroom are on the second floor with a powder room (sink, mirror, washer/dryer and toilet) and respectively have a double bed and 2 double for a total of 8 people.

Very Rustic Accommodations
We arrived to see our cottage and it was so old and smelled of mold. I couldn't stay there. Although the owner tried to find us another cottage to rent, they were all so old that I couldnt find one that was suitable. Also, as we were coming from Florida, he said he would have linens and towels for us. The linens must have come from a long ago past and the towels were frayed and so small that you could hardly call them towels. After not being to find a decet one of his cottages to rent, we asked for our $900 deposit back, but he wouldn't give it back. I was very disappointed with him. With so many beautiful and modern condos and houses in the mont Tremblant area, what he has to offer is really a disappointment.
