Thank you for the lovely stay at Cardinal Pines!

Cardinal Pines was very well kept and the amenities were perfect. The views were delightful as the fireplace family room overlooks the lake. You will instantly feel at home with this cottage. It has a foosball table, air hockey, TV with many family favourite feature films, and comfortable sleeping areas. We would definitely recommend this cottage to anyone as we ourselves will be definite repeat customers!

Beautiful cottage! Very clean! A lot of fun things to do at this cottage!! I've been to many cottages and this is by far the best!!!

Another fabulous stay at Cardinal Pines. (2nd Year) Family reunited from around the world. Loved the addition of the water trampoline, even the paddle boat provided tons of fun- competition to go around the trampoline and back to the shoreline.. “Time to beat, 3 minutes and 10 seconds” Also the boat that we rented from Wedgewood Marina meant we spent many hours skiing and tubing around the lake to the beach.
Love this cottage, lake, area and thinking how much we’d love to own a little piece of this paradise away from the city!!

There was trouble from our arrival at Cardinal Pines. First, we were told that the previous tenants had left a terrible mess and we would have to wait. We understood and waited patiently while the cleaning lady and owners finished up. We were finally told the cottage was ready one hour past our check-in time. When we entered the cottage we noticed right away that it had not been properly cleaned. The mattress pads were dirty and we found piles of cheerios, crackers, dirty kleenex, crayons, and party hats. Many of the 'features' of Cardinal Pines were absent or broken. There was no sand pile for the kids, the water trampoline was deflated, and the hot tub was not working. The owner personally came to repair the hot tub half way through our stay. However, the water was sandy - obviously it had not been properly cleaned. We contacted the owners asking for compensation and while they did give us a small refund , they denied any problem with the upkeep of the cottage.

Thank you for the amazing stay! We had an amazing time in the hot tub! We also saw some very cute ducks and the children had a blast in the bunks beds. After all, an amazing stay and an amazing cottage. One of the best trips we have ever had..

Another great vacation!!
We all love it here and thanks for all the great additions. The kids had a great time on the water trampoline. Last year we stumbled upon Candyland at the end of Hawk lake rd. near the Oakview restaurant. The kids couldn’t wait to go back to fill their bags with penny candies! We made several trips there again this year.
Sad to leave. Hope to come back next year.
