Little Kennisis Lake is a very clean and weedless lake, completely surrounded by the Haliburton Wildlife Reserve. There is much to do in the area as well.

This is probably the most level lot on Little Kennisis lake and it is not on the main road but has an easy access via Prestige Court. The cottage is located close to hiking, mountain biking, golfing and fishing. It is minutes from the Haliburton Wildlife Reserve, Wolf Center, boat rentals at Kennisis Lake Marina, and only 20 minutes to large country store in West Guilford. There is full shopping in Minden and Haliburton.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms; the master bedroom has a queen sized bed that looks down the lake from its private sliding glass door. The second bedroom has a double bed, and there is a set of bunk beds in the third bedroom with a foldaway bed that can be used to sleep 3 children.

The kitchen is fully equipped for most cooks with a fabulous barbecue just outside the kitchen door. The fantastic view can be seen through the two sliding glass doors off the kitchen and eating area.
