The deck overlooks a rustic front yard gently sloped toward the 100 feet of shoreline and you’ll pass the fire pit each day as you head toward the dock.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

Your recreation begins in the front yard where you can enjoy the water using the 17’ canoe or the large paddle boat to navigate the bay and lake (Renters are responsible for supplying their own life preservers). You’re also inside the Haliburton Wildlife Forest area which has to hiking and mountain bike/snow mobile trails. The Haliburton town centre is a short 30 minute drive and the village boasts a nostalgic movie theatre, an art gallery, restaurants and more.

Inside the cottage, the 18' high great room has a lovely living, dining and kitchen area that offers large private views of the lake. The adjacent family room also acts as your games room and entertainment area which includes a fire stove, television, DVD, CD and VCR players.

The cottage is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, toaster, coffeemaker, microwave, stove, large new Weber BBQ, washer, dryer, TV, CD/DVD/VCR, and fireplace. It sleeps 7-9, in 3 bedrooms, master with Queen bed, 2nd bedroom with a double bed and 3rd bedroom with a double bunk and single bed. There are 2 bathrooms: one full off the great room, and a shower in the master bedroom ensuite. The family room also has a pull out queen size mattress.
