This cottage is a short 10-minute boat ride across Lake Muskoka to a picturesque property on Wilson Island. With sleeping for 6 and the quiet of an Island, this is the perfect place to spend a week.
There are three bedrooms located close to each other. The first bedroom offers a queen bed and single day bed; the second bedroom offers two twin beds, and the third a double bed. There is a four-piece bathroom located close by. For the occasional overnight guest, the couch in the living room is a pullout bed.
The sun streams in to the windows of this open concept cottage. The full front of this cathedral ceiling cottage is comprised of windows, and the view is very serene from either the kitchen or the living room. The living room has a plenty of seating for reminiscing about the day�s adventures. The cottage does not offer a TV so there are no distractions.
Down at the waterfront there is a spacious dock and swimming is best enjoyed from here. The depth of the water at the side of the dock is approximately three feet while at the end of the dock it is approximately 4 and a half feet.
This property has a lot of character. The magnificent cedar trees tower high above and present both shade and privacy. Enjoy time on the dock where you will get the afternoon sun and sit and listen to the water lapping at the shore. You will really enjoy the fire pit area at this idyllic spot. What a wonderful way to wind down at the end of the day.
