This cozy two-bedroom cottage lets you experience the real Ontario. It is located on Otter Lake, a quiet lake approximately three miles long and a half mile wide. There is a winding path which takes you down to this waterfront cottage. The L-shaped deck gives you a peaceful view of the lake. The interior of the cottage has just been renovated. There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed just off a conversation area with an open archway. The other bedroom has a double bed. In the living room, you will find a pull-out couch, which would also sleep two people. If you are bringing children, there is a perfect little hide-away for them to sleep in. The interior walls have been lined with pine, to give it the cottage feeling. The bathroom has a shower, a sink with running hot and cold water and a composting toilet. Close to the cottage, you will find a newly constructed outhouse, also made of cedar. The outhouse has electricity, a lamp, and a great view of the lake! Listing F013

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

At the waterfront there is a dock which has sun all day long. There is room for you to bring your boat and the boat launch is located at the end of the lake. The swimming in the lake is great. It is a clear lake, with a shallow entry, and a sandy bottom, but also a few large rocks which you need to be careful around. If you like to fish, you will find bass and pike in this lake.
