An interestingly designed, split-level Nova Scotia vacation home, Harbour House has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, a kitchen and a dining room. Both bedrooms are located in the lower portion of the house. The large master bedroom has direct access to the ocean and a view of the water; a queen size bed and plenty of closet and storage space. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a view of the property. There are two bathrooms: the main bathroom is a 3-piece bath with a shower and laundry facilities, while the second is a 3-piece powder room with a short bath, rustic barn board walls and a stunning piece of Tudor Tile art work. The upper living room has a beautiful view of the harbour. A well equipped kitchen with a living/dining room space is connected to the large raised deck that extends the living space outside.

Harbour House is located in the seaside community of West Green Harbour. Surrounded by trees, with an unobstructed view of the water, Harbour House is nicely secluded, but not isolated. Facing directly on to the waterfront, the cottage has a pleasant harbour view and a slipway for launching the cottage kayaks.

Fees & Deposits

Additional Rate Information

To secure your vacation rental, a deposit of $500.00 CDN per week and the damage deposit waiver are due upon booking. Your booking is not confirmed until this deposit has been received. The balance of the rental fee is due 90 days prior to your arrival. Payment can be made either by Email Transfer, Visa, MasterCard or personal cheque in Canadian Dollars.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:
Should you need to cancel your Nova Scotia vacation rental reservation; your cancellation notice must be made in writing - either by fax, email or mail.
For cancellations received before 90 days prior to occupancy and after a deposit has been made, $250 shall be forfeited from the $500 Reservation Deposit.
For cancellations received between 60 and 90 days prior to your arrival date, 50% of the total rental fee is forfeited.
For cancellations received between 30 and 60 days prior to your arrival date, 75% of the total rental fee is forfeited.
For cancellations received less than 30 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the total rental fee is forfeited.
