This private 1 bedroom vacation apartment suite is open concept in design. The dining/living room/bedroom all face the west to what guests refer to as the "million dollar sunset". The living room features a traditional homestead stone fireplace c/w 12' post and beam logs that revive the era of an early pioneer homestead. The newly constructed kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities such as microwave, dishwasher, full size frig and even features a cooking island! The satellite TV unit includes board games, stereo system, DVD and a wide selection of reading material for the quieter moments.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

This waterfront rental is snuggled right inside this beautiful protected cove (hence our name, Heron's Cove) which gives us privacy from neighbours, yet it opens up to enjoy all quiet water activities (canoes, windsurfers, etc). The shallow beach area makes it easy to launch your water craft onto Walker Lake. As an added feature, we are just down the road from a public launch to both Lake of Bays and Fairy Lake! Our guests favourite comment during the summer is the call/cry of the loons each morning..Close to both public beaches and hiking trails! Fully equipped with all necessary linens including freshly laundered towels, facecloths, sheets, & blankets. Includes complimentary gas for BBQ and generous supply of firewood for fire-pit and the wood burning fireplace! **Facilities include boat launch/access to open fire pit, lakeside swing, UV filtered water, Personalized keyless entrance lock for added convenience!

One Queen sized bed located in separate office, pull out double size Futon located in living room, Linens & Blankets, Towels Supplied, fully stocked kitchen, c/w full standard size frig, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cutlery/place settings/pots & pans for 4, bbq c/w propane, Brita water jug (water is certified inspected and passed via Municipality of Muskoka) Separate bathroom contains full size jetted tub and shower. High Speed internet connection and Satellite TV is complimentary.

What is supplied:

When you arrive, the vacation unit will be clean and set up with linens and as a courtesy we have included the following list of supplies to accommodate the appropriate amount of guests * see occupancy: Bath towels , hand towels, wash clothes, paper towels, clothes iron, ,bbq c/w propane and utensils, ample supply of games, firewood and starter supplied for fireplace/ firepit Starter supply of dishwasher soap, hand soap, toilet paper, we try to have on hand a few spare beach towels and hair dryer so be sure to contact host via phone should you forget your own

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF OCCUPANTS: The unit is to be occupied by no more than Two (2) persons at the maximum unless otherwise pre- approved by the Property Manager. Note: a surcharge will be applied should total occupants exceed pre-arranged number see below under occupancy for details.

Cancellation Policy

12 Rebooking Guarantee!

You can book with assurance, as your deposit can be applied to another reservation made at the time of the cancellation for your stay period within 12 months of booking - subject to availability . Guests wishing to depart before their reserved date of departure will not receive a refund for unused days.
