Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

Lot is treed and private, the last one on a small cottage road. 200 feet of lake frontage. Next door is vacant land and a road allowance so you have lots of room to explore. Steps and a grass slope take you from the cottage to the water where there is deep water fom the dock and some shallow ripple sand bottom. 2 inside boathouse slips will handle a 25ft and 30ft boat. Two levels of decking and an interlocking stone patio provide lots of space to sit and relax. Owner reports that there is sun on the dock from about 10:a.m until the evening when you can enjoy the sunsets. Hot tub is located outside off the deck. The owner has removed some trees to further open up the view to the water.
