Lake Rosseau is a large lake with access to Lake Joe and Lake Muskoka. The cottage is close to Minett and not far from Port Sandfield and Port Carling. For those who like to golf, you are very close to The Rock-a Nick Faldo designed course. There are other excellent courses within a 20 minute drive. This Viceroy style cottage is situated on a level lot which has a sand bottom shore with shallow water for young children. The living/dining area of the cottage received a major upgrade in 2008, with new flooring and living/dining room furniture. The owner would prefer the wood stove not be used during the summer months.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

Level lot with some grass and trees for privacy. Shore is all sand bottom. After the spring high water levels subside, there are two sandy beach areas above the water. The water at the end of the dock is suitable for most boats up to 20 feet in length. New dock section added in 2010. Lovely lake view can be enjoyed from many spots on the property. The southern exposure will provide lots of sun. The deck at the front of the cottage on the lake side is a great place to sit and relax. There is a mix of sun and shade here at most times.
