This three bedroom cottage sits back from the water and has a lovely screened sunroom furnished with a wicker set. For those with young children, there is a lovely sand beach with shallow water and a large grassy area to play.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

Property is treed with a slope to the water. A very private location. Some stairs with a railing. Some grass at the front of the cottage on the lake side and a large grass area at the water. Lots of room to play. About half of the waterfrontage is sand beach for children. A deck at the water is a great place to sit and relax. Note rails are open for children on the deck at the cottage and the and upper deck at the waterfront. Lovely wide open lake view from the shore. New dock for July 2010. There is plant life on one side of the dock. Other side was clear when cottage was viewed, here there was a lovely sand beach. This property is fairly private.
