Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

Condominium sits just back from the water, however there is a lake view and ski hill view. Only a 2 minute walk to the beach, docks, tennis court, pool and ski hills. This area of Penninsula Lake is very scenic and hilly with boat access into Vernon, Fairy and Mary Lake. Use of the resort badminton nets and picnic areas and lovely sand beach are also available. The beach is just a minute from your condo and hiking trails are only 10 minutes away. An additional fee of $65 will be added to all rates for a cleaning person at the end of your stay. This condominium is available in the summer ( June 22 to Sept 7) for $ 1600. per week with a $ 300 security deposit, a discount applys for 4 and 9+ weeks. Spring and Fall rates ( January 10 to June 22) are $1400. per week plus a $350 security deposit. December 15 to January 10 rate is $ 1600 plus a $500 security deposit. Weekends are available at $500 for 2 nights and $200 for additional nights. Midweek, 3 nts are $600.
