Pine Lake is approximately 25 minutes to Bracebridge for shopping, a movie theatre, dining etc. The lake is more remote for those that wish to be away from city life. Built on a point of land and in a bay, this cottage offers lots of privacy. The cottage had some renovations in 2003. A large new dock is great for a boat, swimming and sitting with lawn chairs. For the kids there is a sand bottom area off the shore. Owner has added some sand above the water for children. **The owner is putting in a new kitchen and shower stall during the fall/winter of 2011. Photos will be updated as soon as possible.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

Lot is well treed and very private. Natural terrain. A long dock offers deep water at the end (approximately 6 ft deep). However, off the rock shore the bottom is sand with a gradual drop off. A lovely lake view can be enjoyed from the dock. A two level deck at the cottage is a great place to sit or to barbeque from. There are no rails on the deck but the deck is low. You will enjoy the south, south-east views. Owner reports that the fishing is pretty good. Cottage road is good for walking and jogging. On the way into the cottage, near Bracebridge, horseback riding trails are available at the Equidome Riding Centre.
