Was It Worth It?
Our group stayed at the Cottage on a Golden Pond over the May long weekend. While we had a great time and the cottage was reasonably nice the owners are unethical and took liberties with the return of our damage deposit. I am not one to right reviews... I am one to enjoy my time, treat a place with respect and do what is asked of me upon departure. I would like to write this review as a warning to those who are going to give a $500 damage deposit to these owners who have the freedom to choose whether or not to return some or any of it to you. Unfortunately I can't get my money back... I can only warn those who follow behind me. Enjoy - really - it's going to cost you!
Awesome, Relaxing, Fun, Beautiful
Thank you so much for a wonderful time, our grandchildren loved it. Great place to get together with our families. Grandparents had a great time also, the toboggan was fun and the hick on Awenda Park is amazing. We will come back for sure. Very clean, kitchen well stocked, and the fire places made our stay cozy at nights to watch TV. Great place.
