The cottage has a whole new look, inside and out!! We have just finished upgrading the insulation, new siding, steel roof, doors, windows, eves troughs, wiring, new living room furniture and more to come this year with new walkways, patio, garden retaining walls and a new kitchen too! New washer, dryer and bathroom and freshly painted throughout! Even the closets!! New patio furniture too! This is a very clean and neat cottage indoors and out with gardens and flowering shrubs accenting the property front and back. Please respect our family cottage - NO PETS AND NO SMOKING.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

There are many activities nearby. Golf courses, shopping, restaurants and more are from 5 to 30 minutes away. You can go walking or biking on trails right from the cottage and leave the car in the driveway. There are two playgrounds with new equipment within a 5 min. walk. The beautiful sandy beach is only a 5 minute walk away. After supper go for a stroll on the beach and watch some of the best sunsets in the world. Walk back to the cottage and enjoy a campfire in the private backyard, or if it's raining, enjoy a glass of wine and watch the rain from our large covered deck. If the weather isn't the best, there is always a great selection of satellite programing on two receivers (one tv upstairs and one 46" tv downstairs) and a great library of VCR and DVD's to select from as well. The kids can watch what they want to upstairs and you can watch what you want to downstairs. Surfing the net can be done wirelessly anywhere in and around the cottage.

Additional Bedroom Information

Main floor bedroom has a queen bed and is located just off the kitchen, next to the back door at the base of the stairs leading to the upper spacious bedrooms. The upper private bedrooms have a double bed in one and two singles in the other with a common area between. Here, a comfortable lazy-boy recliner and wicker cushioned chair are positioned in front of the large television with it's own satellite receiver and VCR/DVD player, making a private space for watching something completely different than the main floor television.
