We are right on the D trail in Kearney, food, gas, liquor all close by.
18 minutes from Huntsville in the MSR
You can walk in or out fully suited to your vehicles and sleds.
This is not grandpas old crappy cottage! This is a very nice place for the discerning renter who is over 26

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

Typical natural Muskoka shore, we have sand base but fairly natural, good swimming off the dock, 16km of boating, you can boat right into town. There are two very good boat launches, Canoe and boat rentals nearby, Top Trail D and 101B as well as local trails, access to Algonquin Park via Rain Lake Road

Additional Rate Information

$500 Security fee charged day booking commences and refunded after cottage has been visited by staff and verified that is left "as it was found"
Long weekends are extra cost to weekend rates quoted above

Short version of agreement :NO Pets, NO smoking and cottage must be left as it was found.
$500 security deposit required ( you leave a mess you wont get the deposit back)

Cancellation Policy

Prior to 45 days before rental = full refund

between 0-45 days before booking we will refund all but $250 if we can re rent it

Week before you loose full price unless we re rent it, in which case its a $250 fee and refund difference

We will take fee off any future booking, so its not like you loose at all!
