There is a firepit on the waterfront side with a 20 foot gorgeous dock. The beach and waterfront area has a shallow, sandy entry. A canoe, paddle boat, and row boat are available for use. The cottage is airconditioned and has satellite television, washer and dryer. The master bedroom is furnished with a kingsize bed, dvd/vcr/television. The second upstairs bedroom has 1 twin bed and a double bunk bed. The main floor bedroom has a queen size bed. There are pull-out couches/beds in the living room and in the finished walkout basement of Aspen House. The cottage sleeps 8 people comfortably. The kitchen has a new glass top stove, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, cuisinart, pots and pans, cutlery and dishes. There is a BBQ on the outside deck. Aspen House offers privacy in one of the most serene settings in Canada.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

Our property is right on beautiful Minnicock Lake. It has a sandy, shallow, clear entry. Our lake is a non-motorized lake. This means that you are allowed to use up to a 9.9 stroke engine, but not larger. The lake is specifically for swimming, canoeing, kayaking, sailing, paddle boating and fishing. The fishing is fantastic; known for small mouth bass and trout. We have a couple of loons on our lake and they have a baby; they allow us to paddle up fairly close.
