We're on the Saugeen River, in Southampton, on the Lake Huron Bruce Peninsula shore. You'll find plenty of sandy beach to enjoy nearby, plus picturesque architecture and a quaint downtown in what has been called "The Oldest Port on the Bruce Coast". If you are interested in the more adventurous pursuit of canoeing and kayaking, you'll enjoy the Saugeen. There are events on a regular basis, weekly activities, fishing, golf, outdoor concerts, art, history, classic cars, shopping, tennis, old fashioned market and much, much more. The Bruce County Museum & Archives, and the Southampton Art school are things to see. Experience a Pow Wow with the Saugeen First Nation and partake of the scenic view from their stone amphitheatre. There is so much here to see and do for everyone.

Waterfront Description & Nearby Activities

Saugeen Fishing - of course, is the big attraction here (especially during the off season).We have boat access to Lake Huron in approx. 5 metres of water depth. Our docks* are just upstream from the public boat launch. Dockage is free for guests and we also rent boats (6Hp.+8Hp. Yamaha). *shore anchor-no dock this year due to health issue.
