Welcome to Lancaster Cottage & Trailer Resort. We are a Family Resort located on the southern tip of Chemong Lake. Our location is great! Only 10 minutes from Peterborough and about 90 minutes from Toronto.

We offer year round waterfront cottage rentals and 50 full service seasonal trailer sites.. Enjoy fun family activities such as, swimming in our pool, fishing, boating, canoeing, horseshoes, badminton, volleyball, relaxation, and more.

All cottages have a BBQ, deck with table and chairs, fire pits and are located waterfront. Pillows and comforters included. Remember to bring your sheets, pillowcases, towels and personal toiletries. Cable T.V. available in all cottages. Satellite T.V available in our Lake Edge #1 .The use of a paddle boat, canoe and row boat are available at no charge. Our housekeeping cottages are fully furnished and have equipped kitchen with items such as, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pots, and pans.

TWO BEDROOM housekeeping cottages fully furnished with two rooms with a double bed in each, a pull-out sofa in the living room, a full bathroom, an equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, pot and pans. Cable TV, deck, BBQ, patio furniture, fire pit.

LAKE EDGE # 1 (Three bedroom) housekeeping park model home. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk over top, and a pull out sofa in the living room. This accommodation has a deck with a sunroom, equipped kitchen, 1 full bathroom with skylight, satellite T.V. and air conditioning. BBQ, patio furniture, fire pit. This unit is located in front of the pool, beach and lake area.

LAKE EDGE # 2 (One bedroom with den) housekeeping park model home. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed, a slider divider wall that pulls over with a pull out sofa to make another room. There is a pull out sofa in the living room. This accommodation has an equipped kitchen, 1 full bathroom with skylight, cable t.v., and air conditioning. Deck, BBQ, patio furniture, fire pit.

LAKE EDGE # 10 (Two bedroom) housekeeping park model home. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with a double bed and with a single bunk over top, and a pull out sofa in the living room. This accommodation has a deck and a sunroom, equipped kitchen, 1 full bathroom with skylight, cable T.V. and air conditioning. BBQ, fire pit.
(No pets please. We have reserved this unit for our guests who prefer a non pet friendly unit.)

Heat, satellite/cable and parking are included.
We like to rent our cottages out from September to May to guests who are looking for the 8 to 9 month time period. ( Example: Students going to Trent University or Fleming College, guests in between selling and buying/building homes, guests working the the Peterborough area from out of town)
