Behind the living room are the two other bedrooms, kitchen & washroom. The lot is large & private with some open areas, trees & 550 feet of shoreline! The water is a sandy shallow entry for approx. 20-25 feet out where it is approx. 3.5 feet deep and then slopes to deeper water with a clay bottom as you go out!
