This Ontario cottage rental is located on Julian Lake near Woodview and is approx. 15 min. to the Village of Lakefield and 30 min. to the City of Peterborough. It includes a main cottage and a guest cottage. The main cottage is nicely appointed and is all on one level. The guest cottage is a bit older and is also on one level. Both are built very close to the lake for great views. The lot is large and grassy with a stone pario to the side of the property and a stone patio at the lake as well. There is a volley ball court behind the cottage along with a small hot tub. The water into the lake is a shallow sandy/clay entry and out further softer bottom (approx. 6 inches deep at entry and slopes to approx. 4 feet deep at the end of the dock) where there may be some
soft ground cover and there is a soft clay bottom. This is a beautiful spot in which to enjoy the lake and relax in the hot tub, on the deck, or on one of the large stone patios. Enjoy this beautiful cottage setting!
