The lot is grassy with trees along the property lines and gently slopes down to the dock. The water is a shallow sandy/clay entry and slopes to deeper water as you go out, approx. 5 feet deep at the end of the dock. This is a nice spot in which to enjoy the lake and all that the Stoney Lake area has to offer. A perfect private cottage rental.
